   • Understairs storage wine fridge and music centre integrated into bespoke cabinetry.
   • Feature each individual section of 3d walnut cladding the staircase area and bar fronts for visual detail, depth and warmth.

3. Entertainment Focus:
   • Fitted bar area with concealed wiring and LED accent lighting.
   • Regulation‑size pool table position for easy access from both the den and living room.
