In spite of the input of specialist teams, the responsibility for the project’s delivery is all mine, from preliminary sketches to finishing touches. My oversight of everything means your new room’s creation and construction will be as smooth and efficient as it can be. This certain expectation of a smooth process arises partly from the quality of professional designers and craftspeople with whom I work, partly from my personal investment in understanding your expectations, and partly from my experience of creating beautiful spaces, and my trust in the design process which makes this happen. Once we’ve completed the initial consultation and arrived at a settled plan, we start the first phase of research to identify high-quality colours, materials, floors, finishes, fittings, glazing, panels, etc. As long as you agree to it all – and if you don’t, the plan obviously changes – we then move on to sourcing all these constituent parts which will fit together into an amazing, built-and-fitted-out whole.
